DB character set UTF-8 encoding

 

If you modify the DB character set, but you cannot do Korean input, you could specify the UTF-8 encoding in the table.

 

2 Create MySQL DB - Read Replica

Set up Read Replica to be promoted to Master in case of Master DB failure.

 

 

3. RDS can restore from A VPC to B VPC from manual shapshot.
